• Failure to receive a confirmation email within an hour of purchase due to potential issues like internet or system failures, spam filters, or incorrect email entries.
• Refund denials for buyers who change their minds or cite personal circumstances like unawareness of subscription renewal or no longer needing the service.
• Refunds not processed when the client declines troubleshooting assistance or refuses to provide detailed descriptions or apply proposed solutions by Cloudslinker support.
• Products purchased from third-party sellers are subject only to the return policies of those sellers.

Refund Eligibility

• Accidental purchase of the wrong product, corrected by placing the right order through Cloudslinker immediately afterward.
• Purchasing the same product more than once or buying two products with similar features by mistake.
• Non-receipt of a confirmation email within 24 hours post-purchase, and lack of a timely response from support after making contact.
• Enduring software technical issues unaddressed within 15 days from the initial complaint.
