Chargebacks and Account Termination

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback that is resolved in favor of the customer, CloudsLinker reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the associated account. All service data linked to the account may be permanently deleted, while minimal transaction records may be retained as required by financial and legal obligations. Users who initiate chargebacks may be added to our internal risk blacklist and may be restricted from accessing or creating new accounts in the future.
